We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated professional to join our Finance team as Senior Accounts Officer (AP/AR). This position plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement of our accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing, collections, payments, and supplier management.

Provide leadership and support to team members, including offshore colleagues, while fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve issues and discrepancies.

Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance reviews to support professional development and engagement.

Act as a point of escalation for complex or high-priority accounts payable matters.

Perform other ad hoc tasks as required by the Financial Controller.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience (5-10 years) in a similar accounts payable, accounts receivable, or a related finance role.

Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide, motivate, and develop both onshore and offshore teams.

Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel, particularly in reporting, reconciliations, and data analysis.

A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
