We have a rare opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to join our client, a boutique property investment firm with offices across internationally.

This is a part-time role (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) offering the perfect blend of variety, and work–life balance.

You’ll be joining a small, close-knit, and welcoming team of seasoned professionals who are not only experts in their field but also genuinely enjoyable to work with. The culture is supportive, professional, and light-hearted – a group that values excellence without the ego.

As the heartbeat of the office, you’ll provide essential support across office management, administration, and some PA duties. This is a varied and hands-on position. You’ll ensure the smooth running of the office, manage relationships with key contacts, and support the team to deliver at their best.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the “go-to” person — organised, proactive, and resourceful — who takes pride in maintaining a well-run, professional, and positive workplace.

Duties include:

Office Management & Administration

Organise client meetings, travel (domestic and international), and events

Manage expenses, credit cards, and general bookkeeping tasks

Coordinate with external contacts, suppliers, and service providers

Maintain subscriptions, contracts, and compliance documentation

Oversee office supplies, couriers, and corporate gifts

Support with IT setup and liaise with remote IT staff as required

Ensure workplace health, safety, and wellbeing compliance

Arrange meeting room setups, refreshments, and social events

Coordinate with global offices and internal teams

Provide ad hoc admin support including catering, printing, and scanning

We’re looking for an experienced, capable, and adaptable Office Manager with 5+ years’ experience in office management, administration.

You will need strong proficiency in MS Office, excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, a proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to take initiative.

We are looking for someone with a personable and professional style – someone who builds trust easily and enjoys being part of a team. You will need to be comfortable working independently and managing competing priorities and on top of this, an interest in property or investments is a bonus, but not essential
