Slade Wholesale Industries Pty Ltd, a company operating in Northern New South Wales, is seeking the services of an enthusiastic full time Office Manager for its soon-to-be acquired operation trading as Pirlo’s Byron Bay Wholesale Fruit & Vegetable Byron Bay.

The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

· Plan, Manage and maintain office policies, operations, services, and administration procedures.

· Manage and maintain office expenditure and budgets and accounts.

· Manage all company database/information and maintain/upgrade new systems.

· Generate and manage reports.

· Ensure that all office supplies, plant and equipment are maintained and functional.

· Ensure business compliance with relevant legislation, regulations and policies, including insurances.

· OH&S FWO.

· Manage all staffing matters, including rosters, payroll, hiring, allocating, training, supervising, and monitoring work performance.

· Deal with local suppliers, fresh products, and process all orders.

· Work with Warehouse Manager to oversee records in MYOB system.

· Work with Logistic and Fleet Manager to coordinate logistics.

· Liaise with all other professionals for the effective operations of office business.

QUALIFICATIONS: At least a relevant Diploma or equivalent work experience.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

· 3-6 years of work experience in the role of Office Manager.

· Relevant experience in the wholesale of fruit and vegetables.

· Highly proficient with MYOB, Clockify, and Excel.

· Excellent organisation and time management skills.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Ability to work under pressure.

· Accounts experience.

· Willing to commit to early morning work shifts (2-3am starts).
