We are seeking an experienced and fully qualified Office Manager to work in our busy and expanding company.
This is a Full-Time Office Manager opportunity for an enthusiastic, hardworking and reliable person.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
· Office Planning
· Managing procurement of office supplies
· Tracking inventory
· Conducting regular evaluations of office services and standards
· Determining priorities in truck maintenance schedule
· Allocation of Resources
· Ensuring optimal distribution of office and human resources including job allocations for drivers
· Records and Accounts Management
· Ensuring work records comply with internal policies and relevant laws
· Maintaining spreadsheets for employees and customers
· Reviewing of supplier invoices
· Assisting accounts receivable to collect overdue payments from customers
· Staff Management
· Allocate office tasks and supervise staff’s performance
· Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate information sharing between the office and warehouse
· Coordinate with Managers to facilitate resolution for customer and driver’s issues
Experience required:
· At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
· Has a Master of Business Administration degree
· Knowledge of NSW Waste Regulations would be desirable
· Familiarity with administration systems
· Knowledge in using TRAILD finance automation software
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
· Strong understanding of Waste Industry practices and compliances
· Knowledge in Accounts
· Exceptional time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
· Must have own transport
