We will consider everyone from a competent trainee ($70,000 pa PAYG) to a seasoned expert with exceptional sales skills ($150,000 to $200,000 Contract & Commission)

We will train you to identify future hot spots years before the traditional market does by ignoring traditional real estate metrics & property research, and instead focus on economic & demographic analysis, after tax cashflow, mathematics, predictive analytics, and futures studies.

This is a fulltime remote online position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection and standard office facilities adn services.

The Core Skills

Elite Research & Reporting: A proven ability to thoroughly research and identify optimal areas for residential investment properties, considering factors like growth trends, rental yields, infrastructure development, demographic trends, economic concepts, and local market dynamics. You must have the ability to put together detailed, comprehensive reports for all stakeholders that are clear, precise, accurate, and can be easily understood by mum & dad investors and, most importantly, tells a compelling story as to why a property is the best available for a client given their specific set of financial circumstances.

Ability to Think Outside the Square: Eager to learn new innovative & novel approaches to investment property research, quick to grasp new concepts, ability to develop and tests new hypothesis.

Contract & Liaison Mastery: The capability to read and understand building contracts is essential. You will also be the main point of contact, with the ability to liaison with building and development groups confidently and professionally.

Articulate Communicator: The skill to translate complex property data and market analysis into clear, concise, and compelling advice for our clients. You're comfortable presenting your findings and answering questions with confidence and clarity.
