Who We're Looking For

Sales Consultant (Commission Only) – You're a proven performer who:

Has proven runs on the board in residential sales

Communicates like a legend and knows how to seal the deal

Holds a current QLD Real Estate Licence and Driver's Licence

Knows how to hustle—make the calls, do the work, get the win

Has a sharp eye for detail and understands investor thinking

Is self-motivated, well-presented, and genuinely client-focused

Knows your way around a computer (and isn't afraid of a CRM!)

💰 Earnings: Attractive commission-only structure with competitive splits. Your success is rewarded directly with uncapped earning potential.

Sales Associate (Entry-Level) – You're a future star who:

Holds a current QLD Real Estate Licence and Driver's Licence

Has a great attitude and a willingness to learn the ropes

Is eager to prospect (including cold calling), hustle, and grow negotiation skills

Communicates with confidence and professionalism

Is motivated, well-presented, and client-focused

Enjoys tech and isn't afraid of a CRM

💰 Salary: Training wage + bonuses as you develop, with clear progression towards full Sales Consultant commission splits.

Property Manager – You're an experienced operator who:

Has at least 2 years' experience in property management

Communicates clearly and calmly (even when things get busy!)

Holds a current QLD Real Estate Licence and Driver's Licence

Is proactive, organised, and detail-oriented

Can manage a portfolio confidently and professionally

Is tech-savvy and comfortable with CRMs and digital tools
