The Role
This is not a cold-calling role. Every lead you speak with has already expressed interest in working with us. You’ll run structured discovery calls and strategy sessions, presenting clients with a clear pathway to retirement. Your job is to convert warm opportunities into signed clients — then hand them over to our dedicated Property Sourcing Team.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct discovery calls and strategy sessions with inbound warm leads.

Present our Investment Roadmap System™ as the pathway to retirement.

Follow up with prospects, nurture relationships, and drive new business.

Provide professional advice and clear communication throughout the process.

Hand signed clients over to the Property Sourcing Team for acquisition.

Keep client notes, preferences, and updates accurately documented in our CRM.

Stay up to date with market trends and investment fundamentals.

What We’re Looking For

Previous Buyer’s Agent experience (investment agency background highly advantageous).

Polished, professional, and confident communicator.

Strong commercial mindset and ability to explain investment principles clearly.

Track record of building trust and converting opportunities.

Comfortable working independently while being a strong team player.

Valid certificate of registration.

Based out of our Clovelly office.
