Based in beautiful high-rise offices with sweeping views over Brisbane, this role is ideal for a motivated property professional looking to take the next step in their career and grow into a Development Manager role. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and gain exposure to high-profile, city-shaping projects.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist with the full lifecycle of development projects, from feasibility through to delivery
• Conduct financial modelling, feasibility assessments, and market analysis
• Support design coordination, development approvals, tender processes, and contract negotiation
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities
• Monitor budgets, timelines, risks, and project milestones
• Prepare professional reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders

What you need:

• Degree qualified in Property Economics, Urban Development, or a related discipline
• 2+ years’ experience in a property analyst, assistant development manager, or consultancy role
• Strong financial modelling, research, and reporting skills
• A passion for property and development across multiple sectors
• Confident communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Highly organised with a proactive, can-do mindset
