Create Cashflow is a fast-growing property investment firm helping clients build high-performing portfolios using co-living, dual occupancy, SMSF, and granny flat strategies. We acquire both new and established properties to create tailored investment solutions — with real results, not cookie-cutter sales.

We're looking for a driven Property Acquisitions Coordinator to help manage the engine room of our business. You'll support up to 30 active projects at a time and work closely with the Co-Founder to drive 2 new acquisitions each week — keeping clients informed, timelines tight, and every stage running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

Manage 2 new acquisitions per week and coordinate up to 30 active property projects

Identify suitable properties with the Co-Founder & Head of Acquisitions

Manage post-signing steps: finance, conveyancing, inspections, build updates, furnishing, and tenanting

Deliver proactive client communication throughout the journey

Keep HubSpot and deal trackers updated with milestones and documents

About You

Detail-focused, structured, and process-driven

Self-motivated, calm under pressure, and confident working remotely

Confident liaising with agents, builders, brokers, conveyancers, and property managers

Experienced in real estate, property investment, development or conveyancing

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in real estate or property investment required

Strong with CRM systems — HubSpot experience ideal

Must have a car and license for occasional property inspections

Australian citizenship or permanent residency required
