Building rapport quickly with prospects and understanding their motivations for wealth creation

Asking smart, structured questions to qualify their interest and investment readiness

Booking highly qualified appointments into our strategist's calendar

Following up with leads via phone, SMS, email

Working closely with our marketing and sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates

Contributing ideas to improve the client journey and sales process

At Caifu Property, we help busy professionals and families create real financial freedom through strategic property investment. We're looking for a high-energy, emotionally intelligent communicator to join our team as a Lead Qualification & Booking Consultant.

This isn't cold calling in a boiler room. You'll be having meaningful conversations with qualified leads — people who are already interested in property investment — and helping them take the next step in their wealth journey by booking them into high-impact strategy sessions with our team.

✅ Who We're Looking For

You're a natural relationship builder — curious, confident, and quick on your feet. You might come from sales, customer service, fitness memberships, real estate, or phone-based roles, but what really matters is:

You genuinely enjoy talking to people

You ask thoughtful questions and listen with purpose

You're passionate about wealth creation and personal development

You're goal-driven, coachable, and hungry to improve

You're comfortable on the phone and thrive in fast-paced environments

You're organised, follow up without fail, and keep your CRM immaculate

You have a minimum of 6 months experience in phone-based sales or customer service roles

Experience in property, finance, or investment industries is a bonus — but not essential. We'll train the right person with the right mindset.
