About the role
We’re looking for a part-time Accounts & Office Manager to join our team.
Flexible, versatile hours up to 20 hours per week.
It is a fantastic opportunity to join a fun & collaborative team environment.
Reporting to the Directors, you will be responsible for looking after the clerical accounting and administrative needs of the business.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
End-to-end management of the Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable functions
Bank/Credit Cards reconciliation
Process invoices and respond to supplier queries
Day-to-day office coordination and administrative support (onboard new staff, managing external IT service desk including retail, ordering stationery, insurance policies, vehicle management, insurance and office supplies)
Provide HR assistance to onboard new employees and maintain our vibrant company culture
How green?
Naturally, you’ll be keen to roll your sleeves up. To be successful in this role, ideally, you’ll have:
Bookkeeping or Financial Management Experience
At least 3 years' experience in a similar role, covering both AP & AR
Expert using XERO accounting software
Experience with Lightspeed POS software a plus
Great attention to detail
A positive attitude, excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong organisational and time management skills, ability to multi-task
You can work autonomously and can hit the ground running
