We are looking for an experienced Cafe Manager with very strong Barista skills to manage our small Cafe - Monday to Friday 6 am to 2.30 pm.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a positive team culture

Deliver exceptional customer service

Lead by example to inspire team members in the provision of excellent customer service

Manage the Cafe's administration, systems and ordering

Work with the State Manager to maintain both labour and COGS budgets

Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve the customer experience

Maintain hygiene, quality, safety and presentation of the Cafe

A little about You:

Must have very strong barista skills to be considered to this position

Possess amazing customer service

Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role

A passion for hospitality and leadership

The ability to influence, lead and coach a team

Advanced interpersonal communication skills

A strong work ethic and desire to be successful

A current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate would advantageous but not essential
