What You’ll Do

You’ll run the show — from daily operations to creating a welcoming vibe that keeps locals and visitors coming back. This is your chance to put your stamp on something new and build a team that loves what they do.

You’ll be responsible for:

Leading and motivating a passionate front and back of house team

Managing rosters, stock, and budgets

Driving service standards and guest satisfaction

Ensuring smooth, efficient daily operations

Creating a fun, supportive and high-performing workplace

What You Bring

Experience in café or restaurant management

A hands-on leadership style and positive attitude

A love for great coffee, food, and creating memorable guest experiences

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Confidence managing costs, stock, and systems
