Our café manager is moving on after 12 years and we are looking for a person who is keen for a culinary challenge!
Thirst Aid Café, located at the Bundaberg Base Hospital, serves great coffee and food to hundreds of hospital staff, patients and visitors every day. This boutique café space has a dedicated team of baristas, modern equipment and an onsite management team to support you. We are Partners in Care Together, the charity that operates Thirst Aid Cafe as one of our social enterprises.
We want you to bring creative flair to the Better Choices program, lead the team to make the best customer experience possible and work with our suppliers to obtain the freshest and best value produce.
We offer flexible hours, above award wage and salary packaging to the right person. You will receive a comprehensive handover, real time support and be part of the management team for Partners in Care Together, Bundaberg’s truly local charity.
