☕ Café Manager – Sanctuary Cove, Gold Coast

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Café Manager to lead our vibrant team in our busy, fast-paced café located in beautiful Sanctuary Cove.

About the Role:

As Café Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional service, smooth workflows, and a positive team culture. You’ll lead by example — jumping in where needed, supporting your staff, and maintaining the high standards our customers know and love.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a café or hospitality management role

A genuine passion for customer service and great coffee

Strong leadership and communication skills

A positive, hands-on attitude and ability to motivate a team

Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Inventory management and stock control skills

Budgeting and cost control experience

Food safety knowledge and compliance

Staff management and rostering experience

Food handling certificate or willingness to obtain

Right to work in Australia

Strong barista skills and coffee knowledge
