Reporting to our Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for helping to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive sales and brand awareness for the Barossa Fine Foods portfolio of brands. Working on an array of channels across retail and FMCG markets, this role will have a direct influence on the exciting growth trajectory of our brands, while operating in a collaborative, agile team.

Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

Implementation of the annual Marketing Calendar, including Above The Line campaigns, creation of sub-calendars and creation/coordinator of necessary assets

Assisting in the creation of essential assets for range reviews & strategic initiatives

Compiling market research, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends

Coordination/execution of New Product Development, including packaging development & product launch

Maintenance & implementation of the brand look & feel across the business

Working in collaboration with internal sales teams to generate sales tools that help to promote our delicious range

Creating, implementing and reporting on social media strategies for channels such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter

Coordination & execution of key events for consumers & trade

To achieve success in this role, you will have:

History in B2C, Retail or FMCG brand marketing

Displayed skill with social media management

Experience building, executing and analysing brand campaigns

Experience with marketing materials, POS, content, and digital assets

Proven ability to successfully collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

A self-starting motivation

A positive and dynamic approach
