About the Role
We’re looking for a Client Services Coordinator to join our team in Glenelg East on a 12-month maternity contract. This is a key position supporting individuals living with disability by coordinating services that reflect their goals, preferences, and needs.
In this role, you’ll ensure participants receive the support they’ve agreed upon, working closely with families, support workers, and external providers to make sure everything runs smoothly. You’ll also manage low-level incidents, respond to feedback, and help maintain compliance with internal and legislative requirements.
Your day-to-day work will involve:

• Overseeing participant supports and outcomes through case management
• Building strong relationships with participants, families, and external partners
• Identifying and resolving service delivery issues early
• Maintaining accurate records and preparing clear reports

• Confidence using technology and service coordination platforms
Mandatory Requirements
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current Driver’s Licence (minimum P2)
• First Aid Certificate and CPR
• Full working rights in Australia
What You’ll Gain
This is an opportunity to be part of a values-driven organisation with a reputation for quality and innovation. You’ll contribute directly to improving lives while developing your own professional skills in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.
