We are seeking a customer focussed, driven, entrepreneurial and spirited leader to take our New Car Retail business to new heights.

The successful applicant will have demonstrable experience in leading automotive sales teams to achieve sales volume, gross profit and customer experience success.

Reporting to the Dealer Principal the successful applicant will come with a positive cado attitude, a growth mindset and a desire to be the best.

The role's responsibilities include:

Hiring, Training & Leading the New Car Sales Team to deliver the Ultimate Customer Experience across sales and vehicle handover processes.

Maintaining and growing volume and profit metrics through sales process/lead management, sales staff training, harnessing technological resources, data analysis and effective showroom management.

Devising and executing marketing strategies with the support of the Dealer Principal and marketing teams.

Conducting daily Sales Meetings with the New Vehicle Sales & Aftersales team.

Running weekly sales and training meetings as required.

With the support of Stock Control ensuring new and demonstration stock is available, well balanced and merchandised effectively.

Host and attend meetings with Ford Australia, suppliers and other stakeholders as needed.
