Previous experience in the automotive industry in any capacity. We are happy to entertain candidates who currently in an Assistant Manager or Senior Sales Consultant Role and looking to step up to being a Sales Manager.

Have the drive and motivation to succeed and go the extra mile to achieve results within a team environment

Have Excellent customer service skills and the ability to profile a customer's needs

Be self-disciplined and Process Driven

The ability to work autonomously and lead a team.
