The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our growth strategy across Australia. You will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, acquiring new business partners, and managing high-impact marketing campaigns that attract and retain users.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with partner businesses across hospitality, beauty, and entertainment sectors.

Lead campaigns to grow user engagement and adoption of PikMo Pay.

Manage social media, digital marketing, and promotional events.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

Track and report on sales and marketing performance metrics.

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team.

About You

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a sales and marketing leadership role, ideally within tech, digital platforms, or consumer services.

Strong track record of delivering sales growth and managing campaigns.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and data-driven decision-making.
