POSITION OVERVIEW

Coolzone Heating & Cooling is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing and overseeing marketing and sales strategies to achieve business growth and strengthen our brand presence in the Australian HVAC industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Ø Develop, implement and review strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives

Ø Lead, supervise and mentor the sales and marketing team to meet performance targets

Ø Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, customer trends, and competitor activities

Ø Manage budgets, forecasts, and marketing expenditure, ensuring cost-effective campaigns

Ø Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and industry stakeholders

Ø Oversee the development and implementation of promotional campaigns, advertising, and events

Ø Analyse and report on sales performance, market share and ROI of marketing activities

Ø Collaborate with senior management to set pricing, product positioning, and business development strategies

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Ø Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field

Ø Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in sales and marketing management

Ø Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic marketing plans

Ø Strong leadership, team management, communication, and negotiation skills

Ø Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ø Knowledge or experience in the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) industry is highly desirable

Ø Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
