Your Role
As Chef, you’ll be a key player in our culinary team, ensuring every dish meets the highest standards. You’ll work closely with our Head Chef and contribute to menu innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook dishes to perfection
Maintain organisation and cleanliness in your section
Assist with menu development and seasonal specials
Uphold food safety and hygiene standards
Support and mentor junior chefs
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a Chef or similar role
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations
Ability to thrive under pressure and work as part of a team
Passion for food and attention to detail
Availability for shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Culinary qualifications preferred
