The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will take ownership of the national business development strategy — from design to execution. Your mission: drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing and securing high-value opportunities that align with the company’s long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic national business development plan
Identify and secure new revenue streams and profitable partnerships
Achieve and exceed sales targets aligned with growth objectives
Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis
Maintain accurate client records and sales reporting
Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions and industry events
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
Lead negotiations and close deals with confidence and professionalism
Ensure all sales activities reflect company values and strategic goals
Ideal Profile
You’re a driven sales professional with a proven track record in B2B consultative selling — ideally within Aged Care, Hospitality, or aligned industries (e.g. Healthcare). You thrive in fast-paced environments, build trust effortlessly, and consistently deliver results.

Qualifications & Requirements
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams & SharePoint)
Willingness to travel across Melbourne, regional Victoria, and occasionally interstate
Physical capacity to sit or stand for extended periods as required
