As we grow, we are investing in our sales team and are looking for a motivated SDR / Junior BDM to join us. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their sales career who wants to build strong foundations in IT sales and progress into a senior business development role.
The Role
As an SDR / Junior BDM, your primary focus will be to generate qualified new business opportunities. You’ll work closely with our Senior BDM and Marketing to:
· Research and identify potential clients within our target industries and regions.
· Make outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to book new business appointments.
· Nurture leads and convert initial conversations into genuine opportunities.
· Collaborate with the Senior BDM to progress leads through the sales cycle.
· Hand over qualified opportunities for closing and account onboarding.
· Maintain accurate notes, activity tracking, and pipeline management in our CRM.
This role is about opening doors and starting conversations. Perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, is curious about business challenges, and is motivated by results.
About You
· 1+ years’ experience in sales, telemarketing, or business development (in technology, SaaS, or professional services is an advantage).
· Strong communication skills (phone, email, LinkedIn).
· Resilience and drive - you enjoy hitting activity targets and celebrating wins.
· Curiosity about technology and how it helps businesses perform better.
· Organised, proactive, and eager to learn from senior sales mentors.
