As Business Manager at SkinBox, you’ll partner closely with the Director to drive operational excellence, nurture a high-performing team and contribute to the strategic direction of a trusted, patient-centred brand.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Company Director, the Business Manager will oversee the non-clinical operations of SkinBox.
You’ll ensure the smooth daily running of the clinic, support our team of doctors, dermal therapists, and reception staff, and contribute to the clinic’s long-term growth and innovation.

Key responsibilities include:

Overseeing business operations, systems, and staff management

Managing budgets, payroll, and financial reporting via Xero

Driving operational efficiency and quality improvement initiatives

Supporting HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding and performance reviews

Coordinating marketing activities (social media, quarterly campaigns, events)

Maintaining compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements

Liaising with external partners for IT, building, and website management

This is a hands-on, leadership-focused role that combines structure and strategy with genuine purpose.

About You

You’re a proactive, organised professional with experience in business or healthcare management. You enjoy bringing calm and clarity to busy environments, and you lead with professionalism, empathy, and accountability.

You’ll bring:

Proven experience in business or practice management (medical or allied health preferred)

Strong financial acumen and working knowledge of Xero

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Confidence using digital platforms

A solutions-focused mindset with attention to detail

The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines with ease
