Medical Skin And Laser & WA Menopause Clinic – Kalamunda & East Fremantle

We are a busy, multidisciplinary group seeking an experienced Practice Manager to help lead and grow our two modern clinics. Our practices specialise in skin cancer surgery, aesthetic medicine, laser treatments, and menopause health.

The Role

This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations and driving clinic growth. You will work closely with the Medical Director, specialists, and admin team to implement efficient systems and create a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee operations across both clinics (Kalamunda & East Fremantle).

Manage staff rostering, onboarding, and compliance.

Ensure Medicare billing compliance and financial accuracy.

Support workflows for skin cancer surgeries, aesthetic medicine and Menopause Medicine.

Oversee and optimise clinic systems (Halaxy, Best Practice, Cubiko, AutoMed, Xero).

Contribute to business development and clinic growth strategies.

About You

3+ years’ experience in practice management (GP, skin, or specialist clinics).

Strong knowledge of Medicare billing, procedural clinics, and compliance.

Experience in skin cancer and aesthetic/laser medicine.

Tech-savvy and confident with Halaxy, Best Practice, Cubiko, AutoMed.

Proactive leader with excellent organisational and communication skills.
