About the Role

We are seeking a part-time Property Manager to assist in managing a small property portfolio based in Sydney for a family business.

Your Responsibilities

End-to-end management of a well-maintained portfolio (no trust account required)

Conduct tenancy-related inspections including routines, entry and exit inspections, and open homes

Onboard new tenants and handovers from other agencies

Be our eyes and ears on the ground in our buildings, reporting apartment and common area issues and action with our trades

Liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors

Hold a current Driver's Licence, own a reliable vehicle, and be able to commute around Sydney

Help improve current processes to streamline leasing and management tasks

Manage a diverse portfolio that includes unit blocks, apartments, houses, and townhouses

Skills & Experience

Minimum 3 years experience in Property Management

Current Certificate of Registration or Class 2 License

Strong communication skills

Proficiency in Propertyme

Ability to work independently, with a self-starter attitude and a “can do” mentality.
