Practice Manager – Part-Time | Pain Medicine WA (Mount Lawley)

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Practice Manager to join our team at Pain Medicine WA, a private pain medicine clinic based in Mount Lawley.

This is a part-time position (2–3 days per week), with flexibility around which days and hours you work. For the right person, we can offer more days with the possibility of full-time employment in the future. The clinic operates Monday to Thursday, and we’re happy to tailor the schedule to suit the right person.

This role would suit someone who is well-organised, confident managing the day-to-day operations of a small medical practice, and enjoys working closely with both patients and clinical staff in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

About the Role

As our Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the clinic. This includes:

Overseeing billing, invoicing, accounts, and payroll

Managing workers compensation cases and liaising with third parties

Supporting a small team of administrative staff (3 team members)

Coordinating with our medical team of 3 doctors (2 work fortnightly)

Ensuring efficient day-to-day clinic operations and patient flow

Handling reporting and business administration tasks

Maintaining patient records and clinic compliance

Supporting staff development and training

Using medical software (Xestro experience is a bonus)

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a practice manager in a medical setting

Strong administrative and organisational skills

Comfortable handling billing, accounts, and compensation claims

Experience with medical software (Xestro ideal, but not essential)

Excellent communication and time management skills

A calm, adaptable approach to managing a busy clinical environment
