Due to an increase in our personnel & projects, we are seeking a Flight Co-ordinator to join and support our personnel on a 2-day per week (Perm/Part time) capacity.

Role details:

· Every Monday & Tuesday only (8/8.30am-4.30/5pm) – Office & WFH options

· Attractive hourly rate (depending on experience) plus superannuation (on all hours)

· Weekly pay

· Permanent part time opportunity & accrued annual leave & sick pay

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Manage all interstate and international flight bookings for our personnel (100+ bookings per month) across all our sites in WA

· Working in line with our personnels roster schedules and ensuring their flight details meet project requirements

· Ensuring clear and effective communication of flights with our personnel

· Researching & delivering cost effective flight bookings

· General administrative duties pertaining to flight bookings

To be considered for this role, successful applicants will possess/provide:

· 2 years+ as a travel agent/flight coordinators role

· Knowledge of working within FIFO demands

· Good MS Office skills including excel

· Meticulous attention to details

· Great communicator who enjoys working solo and as part of a happy team

· Sense of humour with flexibility and helpfulness at your core

· Teamwork & respectfulness as a top priority

· National Police Clearance or ability to obtain one (less than 12 months old)

· Must hold full Australian working rights
