About The Opportunity

As a Medical Receptionist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic. Some of your responsibilities will include:

· Providing superior customer service to patients and healthcare professionals

· Managing patient appointments and maintaining accurate records

· Assisting with administrative tasks to support the healthcare team

· Using computerised systems to manage patient information

· Ensuring a welcoming and empathetic environment for all patients

About You

The successful candidate will have

· Previous experience in a similar medical receptionist role

· Minimum 1-2 years of medical receptionist experience is required

· Experience within a radiology or Nuclear Medicine clinic (desirable)

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Proficient in using computerised systems

· Basic data entry level computer proficiency is required

· Experience working with 'Best Practice' medical software (advantageous)

· Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
