Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–3:00pm or 4:00pm (option to move to 4 days per week)
Are you ready to take on a role where you can truly make your mark? We’re looking for a Senior Medical Receptionist to join a Specialist at Nepean Hospital and play a key role in consolidating four practices across Sydney into one centralised and streamlined practice.
This is a unique opportunity to start with a blank canvas and help create something new! You’ll be the go-to person for setting up processes, managing workflows, and delivering exceptional patient care, all while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a newly established practice.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Setting up a brand-new practice alongside the Specialist, helping establish workflows and procedures from the ground up.
• Managing appointments and patient care using Shexie software.
• Providing outstanding customer service and strong phone communication to patients and stakeholders.
• Streamlining processes and consolidating practices into one well-managed and efficient operation.
• Taking ownership of workflow management, scheduling, and admin tasks to ensure everything runs smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Medical Receptionist, ideally with exposure to Specialist practices.
• Someone confident, organised, and not afraid of a challenge.
• A problem-solver who enjoys improving systems and creating order from complexity

• Knowledge of SHEXIE software is a MUST OR you must be a quick learner with systems
