Step into a key role in a busy financial services office, where you’ll be both the first point of contact for clients and visitors and the behind-the-scenes organiser who keeps everything running smoothly. This role combines professional front-of-house duties with essential office operations, giving you a varied and engaging day-to-day.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Be the face of the office — welcoming clients, stakeholders, and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Manage incoming calls, emails, mail, and deliveries efficiently
- Schedule meetings and coordinate executive calendars
- Oversee office equipment, including printers, copiers, and supplies, to ensure seamless operations
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
- Keep the office and reception area tidy, organised, and professional at all times
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years’ experience in reception, office administration, or similar roles, preferably in financial services
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident, approachable, and professional — able to represent the office to clients and colleagues alike
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office

Additional Info
Full-time, in-office role, Monday to Friday. Australian Citizenship or PR required.
