Your new role
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating a range of administrative functions to ensure the smooth operation of the business. You will work closely with senior leaders and contribute to the efficiency and professionalism of the office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing daily office operations and administrative workflows.
- Coordinating internal communications, meetings, and schedules.
- Supporting HR functions such as onboarding, compliance, and documentation.
- Assisting with procurement, supplier coordination, and invoice processing.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity.
- Providing executive support to senior management as required.
- Manage reception operations, including meeting and greeting customers.
What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrated experience in a senior administration or office management role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems.
