My client is a premium accounting and financial services firm in Sydney CBD who are currently seeking an experienced Client Services Officer to join their Financial Services division. They offer a wide range of Business Advisory, Tax, Audit & Assurance and Wealth Management services, with their clients ranging from ASX listed companies, SMEs to larger corporate groups in a number of exciting industries across Australia.
As a Client Services Officer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting 3 Senior Financial Advisers to deliver exceptional client service. This role combines relationship management with administrative and operational support, ensuring a seamless experience for clients from start to finish.
Key responsibilities:
Facilitate the preparation and follow-up of client meetings and reviews
Manage client communications, scheduling, and day-to-day service coordination
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal advisers
Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of the client database
Respond to client queries promptly and professionally
Request, collect, and review information from both new and existing clients
Develop and update internal process documents and worksheets to enhance efficiency and client service delivery
Coordinate and submit all required documentation to internal departments within agreed service standards
Provide general administrative support to advisers and team members as needed
Requirements:
At least 2-4+ years' experience in a client services role within financial services
Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal)
Proficiency in building and maintaining client and stakeholder relationships
Strong attention to detail, prioritisation, and multitasking capabilities
