The role
We are looking for an experinced motivated individual to join our team in the Sydney CBD office as our Office and Bid Adminsitrator.
General Duties
Diary and admin support to Directors
Answer Reception telephone, meet & greet visitors & set up meeting rooms
Manage all office supplies (kitchen / stationery, etc).
Arrange catering for meetings / internal events
Organise staff social events
Staff on-boarding
General office support and administration
Facilitate and minute internal meetings
Business Development
Assist with updating databases
Assist with preparation of bids
Assist with target client identification and research
Coordination and organisation of BD and Marketing events
Facilitate and record minutes of BD meetings and follow up on actions
Scheduling of client meetings as required
Develop and manage client events register (1 year lookahead)
Support National Bid and Marketing team
Develop and manage marketing events
Skills and experience:
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Team player who enjoys working with a diverse team
Experience in an office administration or bid management
Advanced Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook skills
Ability to work under pressure & achieve deadlines with a sense of urgency
Enthusiastic, responsive and helpful attitude
