Wellbeing McLaren Vale is a general practice that has been providing services to the southern area of Adelaide for over 18 years. Our first priority is providing high quality & compassionate care for our patients. Our second priority is caring for our practice team by providing a supportive, experienced team who love coming to work and are passionate about what they do.

We are offering:

Casual or Permanent Part Time to the right applicant

No weekend work

2/3 Days a week.

30+ hours/fortnight - Start and close rostered times vary from 8am to 6pm.

Our ideal candidate:

To excel in this role, you'll possess:

Exceptional customer service skills

Excellent communication skills including a professional & personable telephone manner

Ability to multi-task and prioritize

Experience in a health care setting

Minimum 1+ years customer service experience required

Experience with Best Practice Preferred but not essential

Meticulous in your approach to work with attention to detail

Be reliable

Be able to work autonomously as well as be a team player

Availability to provide annual leave/ sick leave cover on an as needed basis

Neat & professional presentation

Willingness to learn and grow in the health care industry

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting patients and welcoming them into the clinic

Collecting & entering patient details into the database

Scheduling appointments

Answering telephone calls & enquiries

Processing payments and Medicare rebates

Liaising with medical practitioners, support staff & other health providers on a daily basis

Administration support & other adhoc duties

Maintain and respect the privacy and confidentiality of all patients and staff
