Receptionist – Podiatry Clinic
St Peters SA - 3 days/week, casual position.

Are you friendly, organised, and passionate about delivering excellent patient care?
We’re looking for a welcoming and professional Receptionist to join our friendly podiatry clinic.

About the role:
As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive experience from the moment they walk through the door or call the clinic.
Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting patients with a warm and professional manner

Managing appointments and phone calls

Processing payments and handling Medicare/Private Health claims

Sterilising podiatry instruments onsite (training provided)

Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area

What we’re looking for:

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail

Confidence with computers and booking software - experience using Cliniko helpful but not essential (training provided)

Ability to work independently and as part of a small team

Previous medical/health reception experience preferred but not essential
