Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, contract variations, and related agreements.
Assess and monitor insurance requirements for contractors and subcontractors.
Maintain a centralised contract register and ensure all documentation is accurate and accessible.
Manage the contract lifecycle including renewals, extensions, and terminations.
Oversee contractor performance and report on variations to work orders.
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve contract enquiries and compliance issues.
Track contract deliverables, milestones, and payment schedules.
Prepare and present reports, submissions, and performance metrics to management.
Support risk assessment and mitigation for contract-related activities.
Ensure all contract activities comply with organisational policies, laws, and safety standards.
