As our services expand into full Design & Construction packages, we are seeking someone who can manage diverse information streams and help us deliver projects that are custom, precise, and never formulaic.

The Role

We are looking for a Project Administrator to support the director in guiding projects from concept through to completion. This role is suited to someone with multi-disciplinary experience, who can adapt their skills to the varied demands of residential, multi-unit, and hospitality projects.

Key responsibilities include:

-Coordinating design documentation, consultant inputs, and construction details into integrated project packages.

-Managing communication and approvals across clients, consultants, and builders.

-Supporting project planning, scheduling, risk management, and quality assurance.

-Assisting with documentation review, compliance tracking, and reporting.

-Improving workflows through system and process optimisation.

About You

We are looking for someone who brings:

-A solid grounding in project management (quality, risk, cost, and scope)

-Experience in handling multi-stakeholder projects with complex communication needs

-Skills in budget control, stakeholder engagement, and cross-team collaboration

-Strong IT proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools)

-An adaptable mindset, able to draw from multiple disciplines to create balanced solutions

-Fluent bilingual in both English and Chinese
