What You'll Do

In this service-focused role, you’ll manage and enhance our digital platforms that support our People, Safety, and Quality functions. You will be pivotal in ensuring our systems and processes enhance the employee experience and support our work.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • System administration of our HRIS, LMS, and other platforms—managing configurations, workflows, updates, and user access.
  • Data maintenance and reporting through maintaining data integrity, generating dashboards and reports (including Power BI), and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Process administration and improvement including backend processing of people movement activities including onboarding, exits, internal changes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Partner with Payroll to manage onboarding data, significant employee date administration and meeting payroll deadlines.
  • Provide system guidance and training to users, fostering confidence and capability across the organisation.
  • Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements that elevate the employee experience.

Who You Are

We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional who is enthusiastic about systems and the impact they have on supporting our team members, their work and fostering a positive workplace culture. You will have:

  • Proven experience in administering HR systems and administering HR processes, data and reporting.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint) with intermediate Excel skills for reporting.
  • Experience with administrative payroll functions
  • Customer centric approach to work
  • High attention to detail with commitment to continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated passion for Women’s Rights, social change and contributing to an organisation that advocates for equality through influencing

Successful candidates will need to complete the following pre-employment requirements:

  • National Criminal History Check
  • Valid State-Based Working with Children Permit
