Our client is a rapidly expanding property development and construction company, building over 1000 homes per annum in Australia, with further expansion in the pipeline. They also develop and build iconic high rise projects and are owned by 2 blue chip international companies.

An exciting position has arisen in the Project Marketing arm of their sales department, where you will provide exceptional and timely administration support to the Sales Managers and wider sales team.

Reporting to the Sales and Contracts Administration Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Delivering tailored, high-quality support including reports, sales packages and marketing collateral, ensuring clear and consistent communication with external stakeholders.

Managing sales systems, anticipating urgent stock needs

Create and deploy key sales information to referrers

Streamlining stock distribution to referrer groups

Keeping abreast of market shifts, sharing lead opportunities and land releases

Monitoring settlement and finance progress from referral channels

Monitoring claims and project progress, providing real time updates

Ensuring templates, systems and procedures are up to date

Our ideal applicant will have a proven track record in a similar role within real estate, property development or construction. You should possess outstanding customer service skills and competency on MS Office. We need a strong communicator, with high attention to detail and a solutions focussed approach.
