Suncloud Energy is a fast-growing provider of renewable energy solutions and the strategic partner of Deye in Australia. We’re looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to support our sales operations and help deliver great customer experiences.

You’ll assist with daily sales administration, customer communication, CRM data management, and coordination between the sales, installation, and service teams.

What we’re looking for:

Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin fluency is a strong advantage for liaising with Chinese-speaking partners and clients

Strong organisational and multitasking ability

Experience in customer service or sales support (renewable energy background preferred)

A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and team spirit
