We're looking for a passionate professional to join our Melbourne -based green sustainable product company! In your role as an E-Commerce Sales Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients to help them with any business enquiries.

The role responsibilities:

Help with customer enquiries and provide quotes via email, live chat and phone.

Maintain invoices and process any returns

Help book in deliveries for orders made online or via email

Track packages and help with any delivery issues

Provide client care through quarterly check-ups through phone or email

Assist in developing sales and attraction strategies with the Operations Manager

To help you achieve this, ideally, you’ll have:

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong competency in Microsoft Suite

Previous experience Cin7 Core is desirable
