About the Role

As our Sales Administrator, you will be the cornerstone of our sales process, ensuring a smooth and efficient journey from initial client enquiry through to contract preparation. This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your administrative expertise and passion for the building industry, directly supporting our sales team and contributing to the success of our projects.

This full-time role is based at our Warragul office. Enjoy a great work-life balance with hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, including an early finish every Friday.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Nurture existing leads, providing exceptional customer service.

Provide key support to our New Home Consultants, preparing documentation and managing schedules.

Assist with the preparation of sales documentation.

Create and publish house and land packages.

Coordinate permits, applications, and the collection of essential reports (soil tests, site surveys, etc.).

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.

Provide general administrative support to our wider team.

What We Offer:
