Our Ravenhall site is a key hub for operations in Victoria, and we're expanding our team with a motivated Internal Sales Operator to drive our internal sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inbound inquiries from customers seeking dangerous goods storage solutions, providing expert advice and quotes.

- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads, upsell products, and build long-term client relationships.

- Maintain and update our CRM system with accurate customer data, interactions, and sales progress.

- Contribute to internal sales development by identifying opportunities, analyzing trends, and collaborating on campaigns.

- Assist in achieving sales targets while ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in internal sales, telesales, or a similar role involving phone-based customer interactions.

- Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar) and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively and handle objections.

- A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Knowledge of the manufacturing, safety, or hazardous materials industry is advantageous but not essential.

- Availability to work full-time at our Ravenhall site.
