We are a well-established, AGPAL accredited general practice committed to providing high-quality, patient-centred care to our diverse community.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients with a professional and friendly manner

Answer phones, schedule appointments, manage recalls and reminders

Process Medicare, DVA, WorkCover and private billing

Maintain accurate patient records and confidential information

Liaise with GPs, nurses, allied health professionals and pathology services

Manage daily administrative and reception duties, including inbox, scanning and mail

You'll Bring

Previous experience in medical or customer service role (preferred)

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Confidence using medical software (Best Practice preferred)

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

A team-oriented attitude and positive work ethic

Requirements

Current Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

COVID-19 vaccination status

CPR (Preferred)

Must be flexible and able to cover shifts between Monday to Sunday.

Must have valid Australian work rights
