The Role

Join our Newstead office as an experienced Appointment Setter. You’ll speak with warm, opted-in leads and inbound enquiries—no cold calling—to briefly educate, qualify, and book high-quality appointments for our Solar Specialists using our custom CRM.

What You’ll Do

Call and qualify warm leads; confirm needs and book calendar appointments

Hit daily activity and conversion targets

Keep accurate CRM notes and manage timely follow-ups

Contribute to a positive, energetic team floor where performance and good vibes go hand-in-hand

What You Bring

12+ months appointment-setting or outbound phone experience with proven KPIs

Confident phone manner and fast rapport building

Track record in a target-driven environment

Strong organisation and CRM/dialler proficiency

Team-first attitude—professional on the phones, fun on the floor
