Our tight-knit sales team is led by a proven sales manager with a strong record of results.

The Role
We’re looking for an experienced solar sales professional to join us on a contractor or paid hourly basis. This is a 100% work from home phone sales role. You’ll be provided with warm leads only, no cold calling, as our call centre books qualified daily appointments for you across SEQ, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Rockhampton, Bundaberg, Hervey Bay, and Gladstone.

We don’t believe in micromanaging. Instead, we value salespeople who can manage themselves and consistently deliver. You’ll have the flexibility to work independently, with weekly check-ins if needed.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 1 year of solar sales experience (essential)

If experience is face to face sales: minimum 25% closing ratio

Proven ability to self-manage and work independently

Strong communication and closing skills

Motivated, disciplined, and results-driven

What’s On Offer

Base salary $60,000–$70,000 + super

Bonuses and commission with OTE $100,000–$120,000
