Solar Appointment Confirmation Team Leader

Lead from the front. Own the schedule. Keep quality tight.

We’re looking for a hands-on team leader to run our solar appointment setting and confirmation department. You’ll be the one making sure our daily schedule runs smoothly — confirming, rescheduling, and filling any gaps to keep the sales team at full capacity.

You’ll oversee a small team of two appointment setters, working alongside 8–10 door-to-door lead generators and our call centre warm leads. Your job is to maintain quality, ensure all appointments are solid, also pick up the phone and help top up the schedule yourself.

What You’ll Do

Confirm and quality-check all booked solar appointments.

Manage and balance the daily calendar, ensuring smooth reschedules.

Lead and motivate a small team of appointment setters.

Make outbound calls to keep targets on track.

Maintain a target of 10 seen appointments per day / 60 qualified per week.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in solar appointment setting or confirmation.

Strong phone skills and the confidence to lead from the front.

Organised and detail-oriented — loves running a tight schedule.

Ambitious, looking to step up into leadership and grow with the company.
