📞 What You’ll Be Doing

Calling warm and aged leads (plus some cold outreach)

Qualifying prospects and uncovering pain points

Presenting the value of solar + batteries clearly and confidently

Booking in-home consults for our sales consultants

Managing and updating leads in Pipedrive CRM

$50K base + uncapped commissions (OTE $100K++)

Proven phone experience: sales, call centre, retention, telesales

Solar industry knowledge (a bonus, not a must)

Strong objection handling and rapport-building skills

Resilient, coachable, and self-driven operators

Clear communicators with solid computer skills

A team mindset paired with individual hunger to win
